Question CMPs lifted by their hub lifting flanges?

While updating the thread CMPs in Italy: some photos, I noted this picture of a 60-cwt being hoisted aboard a Liberty ship in Naples. While I have seen pictures of truck driven on and then lifted by lifting nets before, I realised I have not seen a CMP being lifted by its hub flanges.

Does anyone have a picture showing the use of these flanges?

Thanks,
Hanno
