Default fort garry horse ram tank

Hello everybody,

Whilst browsing trough this website

http://www.members.shaw.ca/junobeach/juno-4-7.htm

I found a photo of a fort Garry horse ram tank. Would this photo have been taken in Normandy or before d-day in England or Canada? I'm asking this as all off the other photo's on this website seen to have been taken in Normandy.

Regards Wim

Hi Wim;

This photo would have been taken in England, in either 1942 or 1943. By October 1943 the regiment was equipped with the Sherman.

Cheers

The other give-away is that no Ram cruiser tanks went to NW Europe
