Question Sherman turret bin construction

Looking for some clarification on what type of fastening was used on the metal strips running horizontally around the storage box. Difficult to tell if they were spherical rivets, bolt heads, or nuts that are seen on the outside.

The above colour photo is of the M4A1 Grizzly, and it does look to be nuts, but being a museum piece, don't know if the box is original or a faithful copy or not?

regards,
Jack

Three aerials, the short one looks like a Base No.9 for the WS19 'B' set, so is it fitted with WS19 (and a WS38AFV for supporting infantry)?

Chris.

I must have used the wrong terminology, so let's try turret storage bin? Yes, the Firefly has the radio box attached to the rear of it's turret, but it too would have this storage bin strapped to the radio box.

Not asking about radios or antennas, but the type of fasteners (circled in red). The ones here look to be nuts screwed on from the outside. Am asking is this the standard method for these bins that were used in NW Europe theater? Again this style of bin is different than what was observed in the linked b/w photo.
