Default PE-75 Power Unit? Briggs & Stratton Generator set

Anyone out there with a PE-75 Generator? I am looking for some measurements of the sled/frame forming the base of these sets.
It seems these were made for the US Signal Corps and they were also made ( and maybe still are) post-war.

Anyone know of similar sets in use by Canadian forces in WW2?

Alex
