Default NOS Universal Carrier

We've all heard about a friend's friend buying an Army Jeep in a Crate for $50, but here's something far more interesting: a

Bren carrier in a crate, the real deal

Default Hidden carriers

As far as I know it was still there last summer.

But before you all get big ideas.
Lots of people have tried to buy this one and you won't like the answer your going to get.
He won't even let you see it.

There were several still in crates in the UK a couple of years ago.
You just have to know were to look.

Carrier people in the UK are a funny breed. friendly, nice people but they tend to keep there carriers hidden from public eyes.

They still turn up.
Not so long ago I found a carrier still working every day in a cement works ( now recovered)
I also know somebody that found one still being used at a famous fireworks factory. ( now recovered)

Hows your baby coming on. Is it on the way yet?

Can you help me I'll trying to contact Shaun Hindle, but the East of England tank museum web site is down. It is saying there moving. Is the museum in trouble or are they just moving location? Do you have any contact details for Shaun?

Many thanks
Barry

I believe mine came from a Fireworks Company but I have no detailed history.

If anyone has any more history I would be interested to know.

Hello, as far as I know is the Carrier in the Marshall Museum at Overloon in the Netherlands one of the two carriers from Croock. It was bought by Mr Aan de Stegge from Oisterwijk and later sold to a private museum at Groningen which collection was complete (exept a 25pnd and a Swiss tank) sold to the Marshall mureum.

If it is not treu don't me.
