A 19 set radio rack...not sure for what application it fits

The two shiny spots on the rails where the groups of three screws are at is for two more angle brackets like you have at the outer ends. These would box in the Power Supply at the left as you have it laid out and the No 19 at the right. Canvas straps are used to hold the two components down as they have studs that fit into holes in the radio and power supply.

The mount I had in my jeep was very similar with the exception of the lifting handles on your example.

Hard item to find either way and well worth the asking price.
