Default Douglas Generator

I picked up a 1940's Douglas 1200 VA/350W Generator set at the weekend (see attached photographs).

I have no particular need for it but originaly coming from Kingswood where Douglas were based, always fancied having an example of their production.

The voltage produced by the dual Alternator and dynamo is obviously very specialist and I am wondering what purpose this generator was used or? One suggestion is for the Kerrison Predictor. Any suggestions out there?

There should also be a seperate control panel which I need which connects through the 7 pin plug.

Norman engines also built an identical model using their engine.

I am looking for other Douglas military products if anyone has any for sale.
