Karapiro New Zealand
Just arrived back from the annual Karapiro Armistice Day commemorations. It was up to its usual high standard with maybe 100 historic military vehicles on display including my favourites, the four LRDG trucks and two LRDG jeeps (see pics attached). The many re-enactment displays varied from the Boer War, WW1, WWII, and Vietnam theatres. The "malaria" pic is just one example of the many re-enactment shows on display - the soldier looks as though he is already suffering from malaria!

Nice Weather for Remembrance Day
Hi Andrew
Thanks for the pictures and the picture of Nice Weather for Remembrance Day here in the other hemisphere we are looking at -0C temps for Ceremonies Monday on the 11th. The Ceremonies at State Veterans Cemetery always leave me with a lump in my throat. But the guys in our club do their best to have vehicles representing all the major conflicts from WWII up to Now. Cheers Phils

Βreda AA gun.
I found another shot of the Breda gun, which I think is the only one survivor on a 30cwt truck in the whole world..
