carrier brake springs
Anybody know where I could get a dozen brake return springs? I am having no luck sourcing the correct springs. Thanks for any help.

I had a hundred made up about 5 years or so back. They all sold quickly. There is a spring manufacturer here in Winnipeg who will make from 1 to a million. The more you make the cheaper it is because of the setup costs. I think I broke even somewhere around 6 or 7 bucks a spring. If you look back in some of the really old posts of mine you may find it. If you want the info on the spring place, let me know.

It may come to getting some manufactured. I know of a dozen carriers that are "projects" in various stages. I'm sure I could flog a few through the forum. You can send info to my email many thanks.!

I bought mine from Mac's Auto Antiques. They fit perfectly as an off the shelf item.
I'll have to see if I can find the spare set I had for the part number.
