Ford M/H "Dingo", Chev C15/15A Box, Bren Carrier parts
I've made up my mind to thin out the collection. (Getting too old for so many projects). So I'm selling my almost complete but unrestored Ford Marmon-Herrington 'Dingo" Scoutcar No.77212. This comes with guite a few spares including spare chassis, transfer cases, many wheels, spare bonnet, spare front mudguard and more, but is still missing the gunners hatch, seats, dashboard and one fuel tank. Offers around A$12.250.00 for this extremely rare piece of wheels armour.
Also a rear body from a GMH built Chev C15 or C15a in pretty good condition with surface rust and a couple of bullet holes. Has most fittings and tailgate. The chassis in the photos is a spare Dingo chassis so goes with the Dingo. A$770.00 The remains of a badly cut up Bren Gun Carrier. This ex South Australian built carrier still has some good front armour and the rear lifting rings. 2 wheels and some suspension as well. Cheap, you pick up for A$100.00. These are advertised in the current Khaki Vehicle Enthusiests Inc. Newsletter Jan2011. so I thought I had better list them here as well. I have plenty of extra photos.
