Default 2 skandic skidoos on marketplace Manitoba $600

Here are 2 Skandic skidoos. Both have the wire cutters and one even still has the DND plate on it. I think they may have come from Shilo as we had a coupel here for cannibalization...not sure where they went from here.

His price is a measly $600 for both. They are about an hour and a half from me so I could posibbly pick up and store.

Default New models are over C$12k

https://www.ski-doo.com/ca/en/models...y/skandic.html A new Skandic is over C$12,000, and doesn't have the CF predigree. I don't live anywhere near where a snow machine is important, so I'm only a spectator.

To quote the seller "2 skandics for parts or project got them and was gona get one going but won’t get around to it no motors".
Clearly, they are an optimist - planning to get one going if there are no motors.....

Because they are essentially a commercial skidoo, one could buy an old civilian machine and transplant what is needed to build up a military machine.

Personally, I never liked snowmobiling much. At -20, the warmth of the fireplace is far more inviting to me than racing along at 70 kmh into the wind of the bald ass prairies.
