Default 19 set Variometer canvass cover

Looking for an original canvas cover for the variometer.

All the ones I have ever had... have never looked like the one in your pic.

They have all been a cylindrical shape which slides over the variometer and is held in place with a leather tab and press stud closure.

I agree Tim, mine is as you describe. Is the one in your pic a repro Kevin?

Maybe not a repro...you'd think they'd at least try to copy an original. I'd say some other country's example made postwar, especially given the green web.

Kevin, are there markings on your example?

I think this is what Kevin needs. Early ones were green with a leather tab and later ones tan with web, at least for the Canadian ones.
