Angry Border Raiding...

Gentlemen,
We have been following with interest and mirth, the SA/Vic border raiding epidemic. However, I must say, this practice must stop NOW!
I am following up on a 'strong rumour'. All members in Southern NSW, be on the look out for bloody Mexicans raiding rusty stuff that belongs here in NSW, and more importantly, if it really needs to be relocated, would look a whole lot better at Ganmain!! #12 Fords MUST NOT, repeat, MUST NOT be allowed into Victoria!
Now. Come on. 'Fess up. Which NSWelshman has been conspiring with the Victorians?? reveal yourself, Sir, and we may consider a plea of insanity & be leanient...
HH

Default Speaking of Perth

There's a certain gun tractor owner heading back from Perth to Mexico with a load including the remains of 2 25pdr limbers on board.

Will he manage to evade the tough border patrols in South Australia?

Angry Listen Up!

Don't try to change the subject, Keefy!
Pulshy, I demand names! Multiple #12 cab wrangling?!
I think it is about time I ran for Parliament. Or form a#12 cab protection lobby.
Something has to be done!

There are multiple cab 12 sanctuaries evolving in n.s.w.
To the border raiders , a friendly warning that if they come poaching they had better be able to run faster than 3200 feet per second
I think we should declare marshall law and call N.S.W. a blitz and vintage sanctuary

No names just yet Howard . But we are going to have to have a chat about where the centre of the Cab 12 universe is as it seems to be moving south. There are now 6 Cab 12`s in the Ballarat District . It could be worse they could have gone to S.A

Angry scrapper raiding!

With steel prices as high as they are now many derelicts are going for scrap. One scrapper here just dumps them in the shredder and they are gone forever! I hope this trend doesn't continue!

Paul
Paul, According to my local scrappie, China is currently paying the same for shredded scrap now that they were paying for brand spankn' mterial just 12 months ago. I have been to clearing sales where some historically valuable material has gone to the shredder before today & I suspect that it will get even harder as time goes by & prices continue to rise.
Personally, I have a good relationship with a couple of the local scrappies. Get on to their truck drivers, I have been given a 'heads up' on treasure before the scrap is picked up & have been able to find homes for several items. One scrap truckie has told me if I can unload it, I can have it... he has offered to keep the treasure on the top of the load so it can be scabbed off. Talk to them, Paul, and you never know what might present itself!

just remember Howard
border raiding can work the other way as well

We get a lot of external simms metal scrappies come in to this area and they will not deal even when you offer more than their scrap value .They have scrapped some serious gear in the last few years

G'Day Maxie!
Well, lets see. There's Mine, There's Tony's, There's the yellow one with the Russian flag on it (previously posted), Plus 2x F60L's on one farm, Plus one cab on the same farm... That's 5 1/2.
As a percentage of human population, I'd say that's pretty high...

So Ganmain (former centre of the cab 12 universe) is running neck and neck with Yass (current centre of the cab 12 universe). The tension is electric

And another contender is Jim Bennie with five (2 are just partial cabs)...

I gotta go with Howard here, especially if we're counting 12-cab per local population base! Yass would be a close second methinks...

If we're scoring on the basis of "Per-Capita" cab 12's, I think Mike picked the winner. Although Truscott might have a transient population of oil-field workers, the trucks themselves are nearby at a locality called West Bay, population, 2 Crocodiles!

No wonder there seem to be more CMPs being found in Australia than any where else their using aerial reconnaissance to find them.

Speaking of CMPs per capita does anybody have an idea which country has the most known CMPs per capita?

Cheers Phil

Default still counting

well I wasn't counting the exta cabs that I have in storage so that would give me another 4 or 5 and the population of willow vale is only 3

we are looking good to me

it has been said earlier that Yass is the black hole of the universe where all the cab 12s are ending up

Max...

So with all these Cab12's around, does any-one have a set of engine sideplates to spare? I need the full engine cover for my Ford F60L. Can't drive it to Corowa next year without them as there's too many spark jumps to my left boot, apart from the heat etc. without them.
Here's hoping,
Rick

Rick, I had heard that those spark jumps were actually what kept you "recharged" as a functional cyborg? That's what they say anyway...
