Default Jeep projects over the years

Hi All,
I am sitting here transfering my pictures over onto the computer and thought I would share my jeep projects over the years.They have all been sold to pay for house projects when I bought my first house but was fun to find and bring them home.
Clive,use the photo's for your records if you wish.
My first military vehicle I bought on Sept. 19,1994 was a 1968 M38A1 CDN 2,Ser.#97555.I have looked for the CFR # but cannot find it?

My next find was from a mechanic at work that told me there was a WWII jeep in his back alley.I drove for a look and it was a 1943 Willys MB.No markings were found.I cant remember if it even had data plates as I bought it in the fall and by spring had to be sold to pay off renovation costs on my house.

This spring I bought another 1952 M38 CDN as I missed having a jeep to drive around and it was 5 minutes from my house so I brought it home.The CFR # is on the hood,52-30462,Ser.#F100473;

While I was stripping the M38 for a restoration, I was given a lead on a WWII jeep.I had never restored a WWII jeep before and always wanted a wartime jeep for my collection so I went to look at it and bought it.I brought it home and it is the 1943 Ford GPW Ser.# FM 120595 I put in one of my threads.I had to sell the M38 to pay for it but I am happy with the GPW and once my CMP ambulance is finished,I will start the restoration.LOTS OF FUN!

I restored this jeep because it had a good frame and was a runner.No data plates,CFR # 52-31341;

This jeep speaks for itself.No data plates or CFR #.I bought it for parts.The data plate I registered was from a 4th M38 I did some trading for.

The 1974 M151A2 was a lead from Rob Love that phoned me one day and said he saw the jeep for sale in the buy and sell where I went to look and bought it.No data plates or CFR #.I bought a set of data plates from Brian Asbury and registered it.The jeep was cut in half and somebody riveted it back together with sheet metal patches.I drove it for years like that!

Default M38A1 Cdn 2 CFR #

Gord Crossley researched my jeeps history and came up with my CFR # for the jeep.Once I read it,I remembered that was what it is. 67-08288 for anyone who needs it for reference or documenting.
Derk.
