I have been reading the posts in Federal 604 with intrest and I was wondering how the restoration of the one in Tassy (Phoenix) was going, any pics? and is the other one still sitting there rusting away

Last time I saw it it was a working rolling chassis, with the cab off being worked on. I'm not sure where it is at at the moment, I don't think that the cab is back on yet. his 2nd one is still rusing away in the yard which is a pity. not many of these big girls out there still.

Thanks Richard it is a pitty that they spend there last days rusting away. I will fill the info for the future. are you able to get some photos and do an assesment of the old girl.
While I was aT work yesterday I checked our libiary and we have an opperators manual for her and the 20ton trailer Paul
