Just wanted to say thanks to Jeff and Dan for being great hosts at the event.

I had a great time and it was really nice to finaly put some names to actual people. It was also a bonus to pick up some parts for my two projects. Perhaps I will have one of my Vehicles ready for the trip next year.

The convoy ride was awesome. Riding a T-16 going all out down a country road is truly interesting. Even more so when we develop vapour lock 3/4 the way up a rahter steep hill.

Anyway thanks agian and I look forward to this event next year.

Sincerely
Jordan Baker

... Anyhow once again a big thanks, and we look forward to seeing everyone next June for CC#5, when we will be featuring the CMP as that years vehicle for our 5th year aniversary, see you next year if not sometime before !!!!

Jeff & Dan Caldwell
A very special thank you, yet again : from Ma to you Caldwell families for a wonderful and memorable first experience at one of these events. It didn't matter that I forgot my frying pan because NOT ONCE was I inclined to use it (except on mosquitoes and perhaps as a sunscreen to prevent the serious sunburn I got on my arms). Everyone welcomed me and made me feel right at home ... so, I thank every one of you who organized AND who attended and made me feel part of it, even though I don't have a CMP ... YET!

I especially want to say that CAPTAIN JON and BETTY SKAGFELD opened their home and hospitality to us and made us very welcome and at home ... outstanding!

The company, from arriving to leaving, was outstanding ... as were the vehicles that you guys put so much time, energy, money, and passion, and love, into restoring ... one highlight for me was riding in Stewart'sCARRIER DOING REVERSE GOING DOWNHILL on a GRAVEL ROAD!

Oh yes ... and i mustn't forget my new found best friend whose Master owns the UNIMOG ... best friend's name CANAAN (did I get the spelling correct?)

(pictures to come ... perhaps Friday!!! Watch for them ... I took many)

Who knows, perhaps I'll make it to next years event as well ... I'll bring name tag stickers!

Karmen

Hi Keith..
The two carriers shown, with the driver, and being unloaded belong to Sandy Marshall out of Collingwood,Ontario, just 40 Miles up the road from Caldwells.....Sandy is in the #64 carrier ..The C15A is Jons,The water truck is Jeff and Dan Caldwells..
The M 135 ..I forget ...

Hi,

I jotted down some names to vehicles ... and if you mean the 3rd truck, closest to the driveway, parked against the building where Jon's is one end, and Jeff (?) Caldwell's is in the middle, the "3rd" I have written down as belonging to "MARSHALL MANNING" (I hope I got this right? I didn't write down what the truck was and am hoping it's the
"M 135" you're talking about?)

Default M135?

The truck with the carrier on board isn't a M135. It is a M207 a dualwheeled vehicle bought as cab and chassis for Canadian service.
M135 has 11:00x20 single tires and M207 9:00x20 duals. The owner built a platform just to carry the carrier and it is a very nice unit.

Default CC4 Photo's at last!!!

All right folks, you've all been absolutely patient waiting for these photos from CC4 and they're finally here. I'm sorry it's taken so long. I hope that seeing the photos will soothe any frustrations at the long wait ...

I'm resizing and posting as I go, so this will take a while to upload photos ( I did get some great pics ...

I begin with, of course,

THE CALDWELL BROTHERS ... the hosts with the most, standing in front of their 15CWT at CC4 - 2005 ...
