Default What is it?

I believe I know, but don't want to pre-empt any replies; sorry about the picture its the best I have.

Default I've no idea, but ....

.... if I saw it I'd centainly get out its way.

Looks like an 88 on a 6 x 4 or 6 x 6 motorized carriage, and that would mean something specially constructed to take the recoil. I've never seen one before so whatever it is they maybe didn't make it in quantity.

Some trial, early or mid war ?

Yup its an 88 alright, operated by the Luftwaffe too, as they would an AA piece.

I believe the truck (or should that be TRUCK) was a production item but the 88 mount and associated facilities are peculiar to the specialised application and built in very small numbers.

I thought that too initially as they made some of the largest trucks, however, Dennis has confirmed my subsequent thoughts that it is a VOMAG indeed.
