Carrier
Carrier performing a balancing act.
Gas producer on a Ford sedan. I can remember VMVC member Colin Anderson making a gas producer and arriving at a club event with his vehicle running on charcoal. https://find.slv.vic.gov.au/discover...ion&offset=100

I'm reasonably sure the 1/746 is the RAEME detachment of 1st Central Ordnance Depot (1COD).

Melbourne
Public Records Office Victoria pics.
South Melbourne scene, looks like the Montague Street Bridge: Truck on the left C6668 is a D300 Forward Control International - I found a small number of these trucks in the AWM126 ledgers, they were issued to army units based in and around Melbourne - Coburg, Geelong and a few other suburbs. Unusual vehicles. The bridge, in a updated form, still exists today and is currently used by trams. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montague_Street_Bridge https://prov.vic.gov.au/archive/9843...58C44C?image=1 Snow plough https://prov.vic.gov.au/archive/4952...91D375?image=1 https://prov.vic.gov.au/archive/16FE...B701D4?image=1 https://prov.vic.gov.au/archive/ECB0...F61F8F?image=1 https://prov.vic.gov.au/archive/16FC...DD015A?image=1 https://prov.vic.gov.au/archive/ECAE...BB5B7B?image=1 Dodge with a gas producer.
