Default Clearing sale Lilydale, Vic

See the page here.

Lots of interesting bits and pieces, but how do you reconcile this description "1942 blitz Ford 4 cyl 3 ton tray p/c & bows No. C11" with this picture?:

Looks like a rough-ish F60L. Maybe it has a Perkins or perhaps 4 stuck valves.

Wonder who it belongs to.

G'day guys.
Went there today with a mate and came home with a bunch of stuff we didn't really need but felt compelled to buy. Did anybody else go? I heard Euan's name mentioned in the crowd but wasn't sure of your face.
Jeep trailers went for $200 and $350. Moke's all around the low hundreds I think.
Ford Blitz with a 4cyl diesel went for $450.

Did one of us buy it?

Euan would have been the one towering over everyone else.

Why, can't it just be driven?

Tailshaft isn't fitted. It hasn't been run for 3 years according to the previous owner.
Think I'll tilt tray it back to the farm. I'll be able to hire a guy who did my last Blitz for me. But to lilydale it'll probably cost me what I paid for it.
Does anybody know of a cheaper option?
