Default Hmlct(a) 2428 (ltin 1008)

I am currently attempting to discover the D-Day loading order for the above Mk5 LCT(A) which broke down on passage to Normandy and was seemingly taken in tow by the tug Jaunty, at some point later the 2428 is recorded capsizing, then it would seem she was fired upon by the Royal Navy until she sank.
I believe she likely carried two Centaurs raised on her firing platform and possibly a command Sherman stationed at the rear....she may also have carried armoured bulldozers....all remains open to confirmation.
The LCT(A) 2428 was 'Leader' of the 105th LCT(A) Flotilla, I am aware that all those who took passage in her survived the experience.
If anyone can assist I would be delighted to hear from them.
