Don't know the source of these pictures, they were sent to me through the KTR mailing list.
They show trucks with large loud speakers on the roof. CMP 4x2 15-cwt Wireless in Italy?

These are the famed 'surrender salesmen'.
There was an article in Wheels and Tracks from memory, and they were quite effective. There was one crew who initially had a Bedford ambulance, but upgraded to a safer White Scout Car. Not sure which issue number it was.
