Default CMP C60 chassis number?

Yet again I am having trouble verifying a vehicle for the DVLA.

According to the plate it is a General Motors C60 S built in 1943 but I cannot find any verifying printed evidence. The prefix of the chassis number does not correspond with any shown on https://hotrod.gregwapling.com/chev-...dian-chev.html and so I am stuck.

Can anyone help?

The number is CH 483035W1S1923
