| Indian pattern "Burma Buggy" HUP

I have just about completed a 1942 Burma Buggy on a Cab 13 Chev HUP chassis, the engine is a 261 Chev straight six. The 216 was scrap metal only & the 235's were non-existant when I started on this (about 4 years ago) but was lucky enough to find a 216 that didn't need too much work & these fit the Chevies using the bell housing, fly wheel & started off the 216. Pix will follow hopefully in the next month or so. Bill Spence MacDuff Piper

| Re-engined CMPs

Sorry for typing error on my previous report. The engine in the Burma Buggy is a 261 not a 216 but thr data re using the bell housing, fly wheel & starter off the 216 is correct. Bill Spence MacDuff Piper
