Default First carrier

I hope that you found the adds interesting, these were from 1958, I bought my first carrier from the army in late 1969 for the grand sum of $330 Aust, with a total of 116 miles on the speedo just put a batterie in it and filled the petrol tank and drove it onto my truck and took it home, those were the good old days

Where do I place my order ron, I could do with a few diffs, gear boxes and oh well for 200 quid I might as well get a few complete carriers.

Ron,
out of curiosity, what would that be in todays money. It sounds cheap, but time has moved on, was that 6 months pay then?
