Front fenders are the same, cab very different. This truck has the old style round instruments in the centre of the dash.

1934 model is about the earliest with the twin door rib
1933 had 3 ribs does it look like any of these ? these are all american models but are similar to look at first is a 34 second a 36 and third a 37 holden bodied would suggest 36 to 38 having the triple roof pressing as mike has stated

this is an australian holden bodied cab with the triple roof pressing
cab common through 36 to 38 This one is a 38 .This model is unique in its grille cowling with the forward protrusion near the top on the sides

1938 then In my opinion one of the best looking models Pick it up if you can Post a few pics too originally should look something like this -except with a centre grille emblem and mould ![]()
