British 6 x 4 lube plate

Hi Guys,
upon consulting my Data Book of Wheeled Vehicles (third edition) By: T.T.2. Ministry of Supply, there are two candidates, both Morris Commercials. The plate is either for a CDF or a CD/SW, the CDF ran 7.50 x 20 tyres and the CD/SW ran 9.00 x 16. I know it is a styalized drawing and may be somewhat inacurate but the tyres do look more like 9:00 x 16ish. However, there is no WD towing attachment, which the CD/SW did have. Does anyone know whether the CDF had a tow hook?
