My F60S LAAT only has this data plate intact, is it possible to work out a rough build date using this ?

Here in the UK we have to prove to the dvla how old the vehicle is so it can be registered for road use. The door plate is missing and i believe the chassis was not stamped with a number. So in my case i have to get a verification officer out from the Military Vehicle Trust who will verify the year of build which i can then present to the dvla. Since demob i believe it was used by a local bus company who drove it on trade plates and used it as a recovery vehicle.

Alan, it seems the body for your truck was built on 22nd of July, but which year? My guess is you'd be better of posting some of the build details for your truck so we can make an educated guess based on instrument panels, roof hatches, hub lifting slings etc.
