Hi Mike;

The officer pictured is from Le Regiment de Hull, Canadian Army (Active)

Le Regiment de Hull - Authorized: 29 July 1941, redesignated: 1st Battalion, Le Regiment de Hull, effective 3 September 1942, converted & redesignated: 4th Canadian Infantry Training Battalion, Type B (Le Regiment de Hull), effective 1 November 1944, disbanded: 18 September 1945.
