Swarming. I have NEVER understood this behavior, but it's usually kids/young teenagers who do this crap (which doesn't make it NOT heinous either way) but these guys are obviously grownup in a grownup bar attacking a grownup absolute stranger for ... ? Jollies power trip? Power trip fueled by insane idea of maybe just because the Soldier was a soldier and a decorated brave one at that that the public values?

This is nuts. I've been on the receiving end of swarming by junior high girls when I was in grade school still. They terrorize and I never understood since I didn't even know them nor them me. They were totally unknown to anyone me and others "knew" They just targetted me in particular one day and got me on my walks home from school and harassed me whenever they spotted me. Just getting their jollies. These kids grew up. I assume, and are adult bullies now. Like the guys who did this probably. They don't need reasons or any provocation. Just targets when the mood hits them?
