Cab mystery

The first cab is a Dodge cab, I think it is Canadian, the US used a larger voltage reulator, but what type? All Dodge cabs are almost indentical on the front, the front plate which you look at, is even for left and right steering the same.
I think it is right steering, my US 1/2 tonner doesn't have the linkage in the lower middel which I think is for relinking the starter pedal.
