Geoff, back to your comment regarding the call center for your company being located in India...
Kinda ironic that a huge COMMUNICATION company like Bell Telephone, tenders off their call center needs to an offshore company where the heavily accented people barely speak English. What's up with that??? Seems to me that we always get ripped off on phone rates while the company saves money by hiring foreigners to do what our citizens should be doing. Just one more way companies line their pockets at the expense of our nation. Shame on Bell and all the companies out there just like them! And, the next time a call center person calls and asks for Mr Wickery, Vikilly or anything other than my name I'm going to quit using the phone altogether and go back to writing letters... sorry Geoff, I don't mean to insult your vocation.
