Default Welding Seminars

Welding Seminars

While I can agree to some extent on the idea of having a professional come in and do the welding. It is a little like the parable of teaching a man to fish. If you hire the work done its done but you still have to call the guy in the next time. If you learn how to do it then you can do it yourself.

To this end our local HMV group has been hosting welding seminars a couple of times a years. While we hold these hands on (or mask on) sessions in my shop I only demonstrate a few of the tools I have. The real teaching comes from a couple of professional welders in the club who really know the tricks of the trade.
