The point I am trying to make is that those costs are incidental to the cat, and does not make it any more valuable, just as shipping in the US does not make the item worth any more than it sold for in the first place.
Mike does make a good point with the 2 invoices.... I really don't like paying GST for a service that was effected entirely out of the country.
