I'd be interested in a close-up of the hinge inside and out so I could see how it was done.

The door hinge modification if that is what it is would make a lot of sense when operating the truck in extreme temperature (that is warm temperatures)

Also noted that the floor plate has a different pattern, which I don't remember seeing before.
