A lot of the details you require are in the Spare Parts Manual I sent you. Surprisingly the large plate that supports the Driver's and Gunner's seats aren't in there. I don't have immediate access to these plates to measure them up. You must remember them from your previous Carrier. However the following images should help. I know Tim Tam Tony has quick access to a Carrier, maybe if he reads this or you contact him he may be able to give you those measurments.

I fabricated the front seat floor brackets from flat plate and steam pipe that had the exact bore of the pins attached to the seats alowing the vertical movement.
