That's OK, Pauline, no apologies necessary. Every one of us who has ever worn the uniform, and every one of us who have had association with veterans, understand you perfectly. MLU would not exist were it not for people like you and the others here.

And now a new generation in the west have gone to war, to learn what others past have known. My heart is with these courageous young men, for they are the conerstone of our civilization. I mourn each lost, but I celebrate all that they stood for, as I do their forebears.
