i totally agree with your statement regarding suitable punishment, but before this punk goes anywhere, they should chain him to a sidewalk so that people can relieve themselves on him, no shade, in the boiling sun...and see how he likes it. back here in the east we would cover him in lobster juice and set him on an ant hill...but at the current price of lobster, the punk isn't worth it.  mike
