Yes, I do believe they were handed out inside!! As I recall, they had stacks and stacks of them. Someone else here must have got more than one!! If there isn't then I feel real bad for taking two!!

Winnipeg was the only place I ever lived that would cancel school on a sunny calm day............................because it was 50 below and exposed skin froze in 60 seconds!! They put that warning on the TV in the mornings back then.
