Just got another original photo of a MK1 Carrier.
Its number is T143322 Its been named "ELFIN" An it also has an armoured corps squadron marking for the "HQ" squadron. The carrier also appears to be in the "foliage" pattern of camo painting. The caption on the back is "Training with 147 Regt. Royal Armoured Corps - Early 1943" "R.B. (front left) on a Bren Gun Carrier" Unfourtunately I have no idea who "R.B." is as I haven't yet matched up the initials with any name on the other photos it came with. My research shows that the 147th Regt served with the 34th Army Tank Brigade during the NWE campaign. Its unit sign was a whtie "157" on a green square with a white bar underneath.
