They learned from Bill Gates....

The one in Ottawa is probably a Version 2.001 or a version 3.0......... or maybe they copied from Long Branch and it is
a Mark III *** 1.

Like CMPs they are designed/built with whatever is on shelf from the most recent procurement deal with some public servant.
