Tim Hortons have entered the cup fray and have said that they will present the prize to whoever brings them the cup...
Legal opinion is once the cup has been discarded,it becomes the finders...
It is $30,000.00 truck we are talking about..
Common sense should tell the assistant rim roller and the janitor that threw away the cup that if they want to persue this prize ,it will cost them big$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$..to get it to court...
Ethically ,their lawyers should tell them this right off the bat,first thing....
As soon as these two parties called in lawyers,it cost them a minimum of $500.00 retainer..up front and GONE....non refundable...
