I think you guys are talking about Brad Mills, who has a bunch of stuff on ebay right now. He has come a long way with his carrier, and seems to have spent great sums of cash to get what he need to do the restoration. I don't fault a guy for trying to recoup what he can.
Brad will usually offer trades with those who have stuff for him.
