Default HUP prototype photos

Hi Keith,

Thanks for posting those photos again and I apologize for not responding initially back in September. Do you know the source of the photos? Are there any identifying numbers/dates on them?

If these photos are of a prototype HUP, it definitely was built after my prototype as most of the features shown found their way into production.

One thing I have not seen before (in top photo) is the strap (C) to secure the seatback (B) to the left side rear window frame when not in use. I would doubt if this ever made it into production. Locating it there looks like an afterthought, especially when the seatback seems to just hang there in an awkward way. Given that there are two positions provided for the seatback on the seat, I wonder why they felt it had to be stored somewhere else anyway. This picture shows only one expanded metal bin (for side curtains) on the right side.
