Hi Richard:
Interesting, and you may have rejogged my thinking.

When I first got the photo, I thought it was a 1935 Chevrolet but the limo body threw me. Now I remeber David's famous Chevrolet Imperials and this could fit the bill.

As Holden's did all the American Chevs, Holdens and Vauxhalls it is sometimes a bit dicey to positively ID some of the mid thirties vehicles. This is, of course, a pretty poor photo which doesn't help. Looking through Eddie Ford's book "The History of Holden since 1917" one can see a lot of Vauxhalls that are quite close to this one too.
