Christmas morning
'Tis Christmas morning (just after 5AM). Outside it's still dark, a gentle cool breeze just blowing. The sky is clear, and the first kookaburras are awakening to begin the dawn chorus, bidding the stars goodbye.
Further up the garden, across the gravel driveway a dark shape looms... it's the gun tractor. Those birds had better not crap on it. Merry Christmas, goodwill and peace to all.
