Armitice day in NZ
This weekend Armitice was once again commemorated in a small North Island town called Cambridge. who's sister Le Quesnoy in France was liberated by the 3rd New Zealand Rifle Brigade in 1918. Its a 2 day affair with activities ranging from a victory dance, militaria market, MV parade,and re-enactments groups which are a real crowd pleaser, each year this event is becoming larger, it was good to see so many varieties of vehicles from horse to the latest imported tracked armour.
