Hitler's "Art" auction ... Montrea?

I seriously wonder if the present owner can even legally
own or sell them,I thought although I could be mistaken
that this was classified as stolen and should have been
in the hands of the allied authorities. Im pretty sure
that this had to have been stolen at some point in time.
