So, from top to bottom as depicted, might this be:

QF 40 mm= Quick Firing 40 mm, self explatory

1942 ROF= Royal Ordnance Factory, but where...Fakazerly, Enfield, or is that a faintly observable "W"

Rifling = Mk 1?

Barrel =No 1 ?
