Skip your guesses are correct. All BSF of course.
A= 34mm. B= 3/8". Stud protrudes 7/8" (mine goes on side armour) If you make the collar as high as the lowest point of the sides (make sense?) you will be pretty close.

on the Ford Canada block, clamping, TL 12851 to fit the glacis plate, the one I measured had a lower portion of the 3/8 “ dia stud extends 5/8” below the block, the upper is 2” above the block. You will not find this part number in the Ford Canada parts books. . Note the second bolt size: on the Canadian production, 1/4” x 7/8”. Having had the opportunity to learn about the difference with the brackets from the original Bren carrier, there are slight differences in bolt lengths and size, ie 5/16” vs 1/4”. Thank you Lynn.
