Hand priming is a necessity in Canadian conditions. Batteries that don't have a lot of cold cranking amps, trying to turn over reluctant engines, always need a little liquid help. I used them in M38A1 and M37 series trucks in service, and was grateful they worked.

My 5G-###-F late flathead have the PCV behind Carb.. the spectacle plate...lack.
